Would you like a Village Hall ?

In pursuing our Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) and getting your feedback through Community Engagement events and questionnaires, it has become very clear that having somewhere in our Parish that can function as a Village Hall is our Parish’s most popular aspiration for the future. Whilst this is confirmed in our NDP, investigating, costing and proposing the viable possibilities for securing one, falls outside of its scope.

 

Therefore, the Parish Council would like to invite anyone interested to join our  ‘Village Hall Community Group’ to consider and research the alternatives, discuss and analyse the merits and shortcomings of each option and in conclusion, make a proposal of one or more suitable and viable solutions for the Parish Council to consider. We would expect the Working group to be a total of 12 to 15 people, (inc 1 or 2 from the Parish Council).
